The Department of Public Works Water Division will begin a one-month flushing program on November 14, 2016 in the Fulton Heights.
The main arteries, such as Fulton Street, will be flushed in the late evening (approximately 10PM – 2 AM) to eliminate any inconvenience to residents. The side streets and intersecting streets will be flushed during the day.
The water mains will be cleaned using high-velocity equipment. Some areas may be affected by discolored water, low pressure or no water. This will be temporary.
