Construction crews will continue to grind the area of Winthrop Street (between Tesla Ave and South St) during the day tomorrow, Thursday, October 1st. This is a necessary step before the paving process begins. There will be no parking on either side of Winthrop St. during the day tomorrow in the work area until the grinding is complete.
