Mayor Burke and the Medford Energy Commission invite you to the 9th Annual Harvest your Energy Festival, tomorrow, Saturday, October 13th from noon to 3PM inside the McGlynn School. All are invited to attend this family friendly event with music, food, activities, many recycling options and free raffle prizes. The Medford Green Awards will be presented at 1PM and Be the Match will be present throughout for bone marrow donor registrations. There will be tours inside the wind turbine at 12:30PM, 1:30PM and 2:30PM. There will also be free paper shredding, electronics recycling with a voluntary donation to the Friends of the Public Library. Medford students will be collecting your old cleaned fabric such as sheets, clothing, curtains, stuffed animals, shoes and pocketbooks for material recycling. All are welcome.
