Looking for family activities for April Vacation?
Community Inclusion Day allows those with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or developmental and learning disabilities an opportunity to meet, interact and chat with our city’s first responders and emergency services in a safe and comfortable setting. We will have touch-a-truck, a station tour, merchandise and food. The Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism will also be joining us, as well as Tufts University Police Department with their comfort dog, Pepper. Families will be able to register for our SafeWatch program which is utilized by our dispatchers to notify first responders of any specific needs of individuals in the home when responding to an emergency. ALL are welcome!
This event is funded by the Cummings Foundation.
