Starting on Monday, June 24th, the City of Medford will join over 10 of our neighboring cities and towns to offer a dockless bikeshare program operated by Lime. These green and yellow bicycles can be located and accessed using Lime’s smart phone app.
All riders are expected to follow the rules of the road and operate the bikes in a safe manner. When rides are completed the bikes must be placed in a publicly accessible location such as at the edge of a sidewalk or next to a bike rack. They must not interfere with the use of sidewalks, bus stops, wheelchair ramps, driveways or block access in any way.
Should residents have a concern about a bike they feel is parked improperly they may contact Lime at 888-546-3345 or through Medford’s See Click Fix system. For more information about bike safety and how to use this program, visit www.medfordma.org.
