Restraining Order Process

An Emergency Restraining Order can be issued after hours by contacting the Medford police department (781-395-1212). A representative of the Domestic Service Unit will assist you in applying for a restraining order (either by advisement or if necessary by accompanying you to court). Firearm Permits

For Gun Permits please call 781-393-4769 our firearms licensing Detective at Medford Police Department.  We no longer accept “DROPPED OFF APPLICATIONS” or RANDOM WALK-INS. You must make an appointment. Read more on obtaining a firearm permit in the city of Medford.
